Reporting violations of the law

Dear All,

Pursuant to art. 24 para. 1 of the Act of 14 June 2024, we inform that Andros Polska sp.  z o.o. has implemented the Procedure for reporting violations of the law, follow-up actions and protection of the whistleblowers.

In view of the above, we are making the aforementioned Procedure, the model report form and the Data controller’s communication on the implementation of the Procedure under the Whistleblower Protection Act available on the website.
